About this procedure
Residence permit that allows foreigners to regularize their situation in Spain when they can prove that they have been in the country for a certain period of time and have certain personal, employment or training ties.

Social Roots
For those who have stayed in Spain for the required time and prove integration through ties, social report and an offer of employment or means of livelihood.
Social and labor roots
Aimed at people who can demonstrate permanence in Spain and the existence of an accredited employment relationship.
Formative Rooting
Allows you to obtain residency by committing yourself to a regulated training program in Spain.
Family Roots
Applicable to family members of Spanish citizens in the cases provided for in the regulations.
Application Procedure

The personal situation is analyzed to determine the most appropriate type of rooting and to verify that the requirements are met.

Preparation of Documentation
Documentation proving permanence in Spain, ties and other required conditions.

Application Submission
The application is processed before the competent administration, initiating the regularization procedure.
04.
Resolution and Obtaining the Residence Card
Once granted, a Foreigner's Identity Card (TIE) is requested to formalize legal residence in Spain.
