Requirements
Necessary conditions to access this residence authorization.
Employment or Professional Relationship
Proof must be provided that the work is performed for foreign employers or clients for a period of more than 3 months.
Economic Income
It is necessary to prove a stable income of at least € 2,600 per month that guarantees residence.
Training or Experience
Academic qualification or experience in the sector in which the activity is carried out must be demonstrated.
Additional Documents
Criminal records, medical insurance and documents indicating the seniority of the company or services must be submitted.
Application Procedure

Application for Identification Number (NIE)
A Foreigners Identification Number (NIE) must be assigned prior to the application.
02.
Application Preparation and Submission
The necessary documentation is gathered and the application is submitted from the country of origin or from Spain.
03.
Authorization Resolution
The Administration evaluates the file and, if it meets the requirements, grants the residence permit.
04.
Obtaining a Residence Card (TIE)
Once granted, the Foreigners' Identity Card (TIE), which allows legal residence in Spain, is processed.
