5. Occupational Accidents and Occupational Diseases:

  • Entitlement to benefits for occupational accidents or occupational diseases is determined according to the legislation of the country where the worker was insured at the time of the incident.

Requirements to apply for homologation

To initiate the pension homologation process, the applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Be older than 66 years old.
  • Be Venezuelan or Spanish.
  • Have contributed at least 15 years between both countries, with a minimum of 14 months of contributions in Spain.
  • Present the labor and personal documentation according to the requested service, including:

  • Labor documents proving the periods of contribution.
  • Official application form.
